  • Helping You to Prepare Your Property: We’ll provide you with feedback with regards to preparing your home for sale. This can be advice on curb appeal, de-cluttering you home, and re-arranging furniture. We can also advise you on which home repairs and cosmetic upgrades to make to maximize your profits. In addition, we offer a “Simple Staging” service, free of charge, where we can provide some furnishings and decorative pieces to help stage and beautify your home.


  • Developing a Marketing Plan: We use up-to-date technology to market your home such as on-line marketing on all major real estate websites, social media, virtual tours, and e-flyer campaigns. In addition to on-line marketing, we also create beautiful flyers and/or postcards to be distributed in the surrounding area, at the “For Sale” sign-post, and inside the home. Our listings on the MLS are well-written and thorough, with content and photos that bring out the best features of your home.  Your home will be posted on two different MLS services and will have it's own online page that potential buyers can access with their mobile devices. We use professional photographs on all of our marketing materials.


  • Timely and Accurate Communication: When it comes to real estate transactions, time is of the essence, and accuracy is just as important. We will always respond to your telephone calls, email messages, and text messages in a timely manner. And just as importantly, we communicate promptly, professionally, and accurately to other real estate service providers such as co-operating real estate agents, escrow officers, loan officers, inspectors, appraisals, etc.   


  • Guidance throughout the Processs:  We will help you objectively evaluate and negotiate every buyer’s offer (the best offer is not necessarily the one at the highest price), and ensure that we have a binding purchase contract that is more likely to make it through the process. We assist with disclosures and other documentation, coordinate buyer appointments such as inspections, appraisals, and the final walk-through. We monitor the transaction to ensure timely completion of buyer contingencies (e.g. buyer deposit, buyer inspections, loan contingencies), and we check on the status of the buyer’s loan and deal with other escrow-related issues. We anticipate and assist with solving problems related to the transaction, and do what we it takes to get the transaction closed!
